HOTEL REGISTRATION
The venue for Caribbean Developers Conference 2020 will be the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana, DR. It’s an all-inclusive resort, which basically means that all meals, drinks, and access to hotel facilities are included in your hotel reservation.
We have negotiated a special rate for everyone who will attend the conference. To access your Speaker discounted rate, please reserve your stay by clicking the button below.

FLIGHT INFORMATION AND DATES
All international attendees will arrive through the Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ). It’s only a short ride from the venue and has direct flights from all over the world.
Please arrive on (or before) November 11th so you can get settled in and attend the pre-conference activities we will be hosting for Speakers and some invited attendees.
The conference ends on Saturday evening, we will have breakfast on Sunday morning with Staff and Speakers, make sure you book your flight with enough time to accommodate this.
Our team will be there to pick you up at the airport when you arrive! 🛬

SPEAKER EVENTS
We like to promote interaction between Speakers, attendees, and Staff. This really helps a lot of our attendees, especially form underrepresented groups in IT that can’t usually afford to attend big conferences in the US/Europe.
These events are optional, but we really do hope you can make time and share with our attendees.

We believe that the most convenient way to stay in touch before, during, and after the conference, is by this WhatsApp group that we have created just for the speakers.
